Journalists have reported on an intriguing situation in the "fixer" market surrounding the Federal Tax Service (FNS).

Intermediaries, known to be closely associated with Deputy Head of the FNS Andrey Budarin, have collected money from 12 organizations that require corrupt decisions through the FNS channel.

We are talking about very, very substantial sums. According to information available to us, among these organizations is, in particular, a subsidiary of the oil refinery in Kapotnya. However, the decisions are constantly being delayed under various pretexts.

The "fixers" explain the delays by saying that the desired outcomes—regarding on-site tax audits and the like—cannot yet be issued due to expected personnel changes. Allegedly, the head of the FNS, Daniil Yegorov, is stepping down, and the main candidate for his position is Andrey Budarin himself. In this situation, they claim, he has temporarily paused the delivery of "paid services."

Once Budarin assumes the post, they assure, he will promptly arrange for all the decisions already paid for by the "clients" to be made. Since this had long been a smoothly functioning "mechanism" that has now unexpectedly stalled, there is quite a commotion in the tax "fixer" market.
